The NW Outlaws 16U is a competitive fastpitch softball team dedicated to athlete development, team culture, and preparing players for the next level—whether that’s college softball or a deeper love and understanding of the game.
We are a resurrected program, built by alumni of the original NW Outlaws, with a mission to give back to the community and sport that shaped us. Our coaching philosophy emphasizes coachability, character, hard work, and team-first mentality over ego and individual accolades. We are proud to grow players both as athletes and people.
The NW Outlaws 16U program is built to challenge players through high-level tournament play, competitive scheduling, and a strong foundation of fundamentals. We compete in A and Premier-level tournaments sanctioned by USSSA, USA Softball, PGF, and others.
Our schedule blends local events across the PNW with multiple out-of-state travel tournaments that offer exposure, experience, and personal growth. We believe that playing “up” — against stronger teams, in unfamiliar environments — is key to preparing athletes for success on and off the field.
The Outlaws are not just about results. We’re about growth through challenge, development through discipline, and giving our athletes the tools to lead, compete, and represent something bigger than themselves.
Tryouts for the 2025-2026 Season are just around the corner.
Do you have what it takes?
We’re looking for competitive, coachable athletes who are ready to grow their game, play hard, and represent the Outlaws legacy.
